Just had my inaugural wax appointment with Samantha.
Samantha kept me entirely at ease, I was consulted at the onset of my appointment and provided reassurance throughout the treatment. I was apprehensive about the procedure, but within 2 minutes my anxiety completely dissipated.
Fantastic experience and I will certainly be returning to Samantha for future treatments.

Quite disappointing experience. The lashes were not applied close to the lash line, giving the appearance of them growing out. Although the salon offered to fix it, I chose not to return. I paid £70 for the service and did not expect such lack of experience from the technician. It was a waste of money as the lashes barely lasted two days. The quality of service for the price charged is questionable.
