My spouse, Christine, had a delightful pampering session with Kate. Christine raved about Kate's professionalism and ability to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. From a back massage to a facial and scalp massage, Christine was so at ease that she even dozed off during the facial. Quite disappointing experience. The lashes were not applied close to the lash line, giving the appearance of them growing out. Although the salon offered to fix it, I chose not to return. I paid £70 for the service and did not expect such lack of experience from the technician. It was a waste of money as the lashes barely lasted two days. The quality of service for the price charged is questionable.
