Today I had the pleasure of going to Mulaax hair salon.
I booked my appointment via their online booking website. A day before I received a courtesy email reminding me of my appointment.
Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm smile and offered a choice of beverages.
I was seated and we discussed the service I had booked; shortly after, I was escorted to the wash area where my scalp was thoroughly cleansed and conditioned, followed by a luxurious caviar hair treatment.
As I waited for the hair mask to work its magic, I enjoyed the soft background music playing.
Once the treatment was done, I was taken back to the wash area where the mask was rinsed out, and that's when the transformation occurred!
My hair was blow-dried in half the usual time! We then decided on a light straighten and voluminous curls. The attention to detail from beginning to end was truly exceptional. I was kept informed at every stage and left with a wealth of knowledge about the best care for my hair.

Visited as a present voucher. Got gel nails. The nails didn’t look great after 10 mins one already dented just from shopping. And bottom of nail varnish not even. Also some nails were not even in colour with gaps of dots. See pic. They didn’t do the cuticles as said that’s not part of a manicure. The finish wasn’t great either. Then at the end charged £26 extra for gel and removal of nail varnish. So with voucher cost that is £60 ish!
