I had a simple manicure with shellac polish (no removal required) and unfortunately, the manicure was quite rough, resulting in three of my cuticles bleeding, with no acknowledgment of the issue.
I was charged £43 and was also asked for a tip, which surprised me as it had never been that expensive in my previous visits. In the city, they offer a service that includes polish removal, a manicure, and gel polish for £28 at a very convenient location. I was a tad apprehensive as I've been loyal to the same hairdresser for years, making it tough to change and trust another. The haircut and colour turned out absolutely perfect, a testament to their skill as even as my hair grew out, it still looked cohesive!
