They all greeted her warmly upon arrival and engaged in friendly conversations with her. The manicure was supposed to be a simple filing and polish, but the stylist paid great attention to detail and turned it into a memorable experience for my daughter. I presented them with a single photo, and they took the time to grasp my desired colour. With only one client at a time, they truly give you their full attention.
I was a tad apprehensive as I've been loyal to the same hairdresser for years, making it tough to change and trust another. The haircut and colour turned out absolutely perfect, a testament to their skill as even as my hair grew out, it still looked cohesive!

Today I had the pleasure of going to Mulaax hair salon.
I booked my appointment via their online booking website. A day before I received a courtesy email reminding me of my appointment.
Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm smile and offered a choice of beverages.
I was seated and we discussed the service I had booked; shortly after, I was escorted to the wash area where my scalp was thoroughly cleansed and conditioned, followed by a luxurious caviar hair treatment.
As I waited for the hair mask to work its magic, I enjoyed the soft background music playing.
Once the treatment was done, I was taken back to the wash area where the mask was rinsed out, and that's when the transformation occurred!
My hair was blow-dried in half the usual time! We then decided on a light straighten and voluminous curls. The attention to detail from beginning to end was truly exceptional. I was kept informed at every stage and left with a wealth of knowledge about the best care for my hair.
