This is the best hair salon I've ever been to! I've tried out 4 different places before discovering this gem, and Lois in particular makes me feel incredibly welcome, listened to, and at ease. I've been meaning to write a review for months! Charlie is such an incredible colour specialist, he took so much time and gave so much detail to completely transform my hair. He listened to what I wanted, whilst also offering his opinion which I trusted 100%. He is so knowledgeable and really takes his time to ensure you get the hair that you want. I felt very comfortable in the salon, all of the staff are so lovely and chatty. They can't do enough for you, Charlie is really easy to talk to. The salon has a really nice and welcoming atmosphere, as I know from personal experience, some salons can be really intimidating.
