I made a reservation for a pedicure at 11.45am today. I arrived punctually and was asked to take a seat. By 12, I was seated with my feet soaking in water. The technician then proceeded to attend to a new client's nails without acknowledging me. At 12.15pm, I inquired when someone would begin my pedicure. (there were 3 employees present) I was informed it would be 2 minutes. There was no apology for the delay or explanation. By 12.30pm, I opted to leave. I understand that delays can occur, but there was no point at which an apology or explanation was offered. She provided me with all the necessary information and took her time with me, ensuring there was no rush and no request was too much trouble. I also have PCOS and belong to a mixed ethnicity, resulting in having very dark, thick, and coarse hair. The clinic was impeccably clean, the equipment appeared to be in excellent condition, almost brand new, and the cooling end was a delightful touch that provided a pleasant sensation. The availability of parking was a huge plus, especially for those with mobility issues or disabilities. I wholeheartedly recommend Katie for anyone considering laser hair removal.
