The treatment I received has left me with lasting scars. I underwent two rounds of collagen injections in July 2023, and even now in November, I am still dealing with significant hyperpigmentation as a result. What's most frustrating is that:
1. The potential for hyperpigmentation was not disclosed as a side effect in the treatment documentation.
2. Despite informing the Director of my tendency towards hyperpigmentation before proceeding with the treatment, I was assured that it wouldn't be an issue.
3. I raised concerns about continuing with the second round of injections due to lingering side effects from the first, but I was reassured that it was safe to proceed.

The technician did not execute the job properly, leaving acrylic residue on the skin around my nails which she neglected to remove or file. The uneven length of the nails is noticeable, some being longer than others, and the shape is subpar upon close inspection. There is a gap between my natural nail and the artificial tip, and the technician seemed unsure about the pricing and services offered.
