The staff were friendly and did their job well. I was solo travelling in London but absolutely had a great time here having a nice chat with them. Will come back next time. The uneven length of the nails is noticeable, some being longer than others, and the shape is subpar upon close inspection. There is a gap between my natural nail and the artificial tip, and the technician seemed unsure about the pricing and services offered.
