Lovely staff, did a decent job considering my nails are very short. Some are a bit oddly shaped, but overall they look nice. They didn't really engage in conversation with me, but the service was quick and efficient. They accept both cash and card payments.

Each of my fingernails leans to the right, somewhat askew. It's as if one side aims for a coffin shape while the other veers towards a square. Upon requesting the technician to rectify them, she displayed rudeness. She forcefully pushed my fingers back beneath the plastic barrier, asserting that my fingers were misshapen, not the nails. When I persisted, she brandished cutters meant for trimming the plastic tips, hinting at a hasty removal sans proper tools or soaking. Fearing the outcome, I relented, urging her to complete the task. This incident occurred prior to applying polish, as I endeavoured to address the issue promptly. Initially, my nails appeared beautiful and lengthy, yet she adamantly refused to provide a manicure unless my nails were shortened and artificial tips affixed. This should have raised a red flag, prompting me to leave, but I acquiesced. She clipped them so short that my fingertips throbbed for days thereafter, neglecting to tidy the undersides of the nails. I have been tending to my nails for two years using acrylic and dip powder (I resorted to this salon due to an ongoing relocation), hence my discerning nature. Despite tipping her £10 out of guilt, I now regret it, as the more I scrutinise my nails, the more vexed I become over her discourteous behaviour throughout. Moreover, during payment, she solely charged for the manicure, overlooking the pedicure I had also received. When I clarified this, she responded with disdain, presuming I sought a last-minute pedicure. My intention was merely to settle the bill honestly, encompassing all services rendered. On a positive note, the gentleman who administered my pedicure exuded kindness. Had that been my sole experience that day, I would have departed content.

The Employees are truly exceptional! Undoubtedly the highlight of the gym. Regrettably, the amenities such as showers, changing rooms, and spin bikes are in need of refurbishment. The facilities at the sands centre surpass them, and the pricing is quite competitive. It is advisable to explore both options before deciding which gym to join.

I visited Pazazz today for a haircut with Charlie. She did an excellent job! The salon is impeccably clean. I highly recommend this establishment.
