During the manicure, the technician seemed tense and even became frustrated when I requested adjustments to match the reference picture I provided. The service felt rushed and the final result was average at best, yet I was charged £50. It was not the quality I expected. Perhaps managing bookings more effectively would improve the overall customer experience.
