Regrettably, my experience at the salon was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I had dyed my hair over a year ago and specifically requested a permanent dye service to match my natural dark brown hair colour as closely as possible. However, as evident in the photos I have attached, my roots turned out dark brown instead of the pitch black chosen by the stylist. Had the senior stylist taken a moment to properly assess my hair, they would have noticed that my natural hair is not as dark as the black dye used. There was a lack of thorough consultation before the dye application began - I assumed that requesting a match to my natural hair colour would be straightforward, especially with several inches of roots to reference, but I was not shown the colour being used or provided with any information. The entire process felt rushed and poorly executed. I am deeply disappointed as I had hoped to avoid a noticeable contrast between my natural hair and the dye as my hair grows out, which was the issue I was trying to address. Unfortunately, it seems I will be facing the same problem again. While the other staff members were delightful, I cannot overlook the fact that the senior stylist failed to deliver the desired outcome for my hair.About

The haircut was merely 'alright' and it felt quite hurried, definitely not personalised for me. I requested a specific style but was met with a dismissive response of ''yeah yeah yeah, that's fine, yeah yeah yeah''. The barber proceeded with a generic fade cut and disregarded the details I asked for or the shape of my head. He also spun me around in the chair throughout the cut so he wouldn't have to move much, preventing me from seeing the progress in the mirror! Upon completion, he didn't bother showing me the back to check if I was satisfied, simply removed the cape and ushered me out. Furthermore, he engaged in constant conversation with others in his language, causing me anxiety as I felt neglected. The entire process lasted a mere 13 minutes, my hair surely deserved more attention especially for the price I paid. If you seek a well-crafted haircut tailored to your needs, AVOID THIS BARBER!
