I am slightly disappointed with the way they handle pregnancies at this studio. Not all instructors seem to check the attendees' records beforehand to be aware of any pregnant individuals in their class and adequately accommodate them. I was informed only upon arrival to the class that I couldn't participate in the Ten Stretch session due to my pregnancy - it was frustrating to waste time and money only to be turned away at the door! The guidelines on prenatal classes should clearly state that stretch classes are off-limits. Despite providing my due date on several occasions for their records, not all instructors are prepared for such situations. Regrettably, my experience at the salon was quite disappointing. Upon arrival, I had dyed my hair over a year ago and specifically requested a permanent dye service to match my natural dark brown hair colour as closely as possible. However, as evident in the photos I have attached, my roots turned out dark brown instead of the pitch black chosen by the stylist. Had the senior stylist taken a moment to properly assess my hair, they would have noticed that my natural hair is not as dark as the black dye used. There was a lack of thorough consultation before the dye application began - I assumed that requesting a match to my natural hair colour would be straightforward, especially with several inches of roots to reference, but I was not shown the colour being used or provided with any information. The entire process felt rushed and poorly executed. I am deeply disappointed as I had hoped to avoid a noticeable contrast between my natural hair and the dye as my hair grows out, which was the issue I was trying to address. Unfortunately, it seems I will be facing the same problem again. While the other staff members were delightful, I cannot overlook the fact that the senior stylist failed to deliver the desired outcome for my hair.About
