It's frustrating to have to come to the store only to encounter unhelpful staff. There's no online option to cancel orders, and no immediate customer service assistance available. Companies offering such poor service should be shut down or banned by trading authorities in the UK. I doubt they even pay corporation tax. My experience today was a waste of time and energy dealing with colleagues like Tanya, who couldn't even check the order properly and instead argued about its origin. If I wanted to investigate the company, I would go to Companies House.
