Heard great things about this artist. I was excited to call and inquire. However, the telephone conversation I had was unacceptable. I have never encountered such rudeness before. I even asked if my business was wanted, only to be met with shocking disrespect. I hung up in disbelief. I cannot review his work as his phone manners were appalling. The treatment I received was incredibly relaxing, and Nikita's professionalism and warm welcome added to the experience. The spa's beautiful decor creates a lovely ambiance. While the only feedback I have is that I would have preferred a longer leg and foot massage, I still thoroughly enjoyed my time. Although I don't reside in Torquay, I will definitely book another treatment when I'm in the area.
