Had a wash cut and blow dry for the first time here today. My hairdresser was Amber and she did an amazing job. What stood out for me was her patience and taking her time to straighten my hair exactly how I wanted it as I am very fussy with it and like it to be really straight when blow dried. For a junior stylist she did a better job than previous senior stylists at previous salons. Really friendly too. I would defo recommend her. I have just had my hair done by Jo and I must say, I am over the moon with the results. Being 45 years old, I have visited many hair salons in my time, but Jo is truly exceptional. She is the first hairdresser who has managed to give me the perfect cut without going scissor-happy. Not only that, but the colour she recommended is absolutely fantastic. I haven't felt this satisfied with my hair in years. Jo is not only talented but also a lovely person, creating a wonderful atmosphere in the salon. I made a booking for a Hollywood wax at Lashious. The treatment was carried out by Avneet, who was delightful and engaging, making me feel at ease. She was very meticulous and managed to remove all hair with minimal discomfort. Extremely unsatisfactory customer service, I have attempted to schedule an appointment on three separate occasions and each time encountered dismissiveness and failure to secure an appointment. Today, the lady did not even propose a future appointment, I suspect it is due to my ethnicity. I received the most fabulous hair cut and colour at this salon! I decided to switch things up from long to short hair, and Michael perfectly captured the style and image I was aiming for. He is an incredibly skilled, creative, and professional hairdresser. My friends and colleagues were all in awe of the transformation.
