I researched and looked at reviews and photos online before booking. I really wanted my eyebrows and eyeline doing as I own a catering business where make up and the heat do not mix. I’ve currently had my eyeliner done and I’m really impressed. I have previously left a positive review, but my recent experience earlier this week was disappointing. I specifically requested a medium brown tint with a slight arch, but the colour was off and the shape was straight. The tint has faded significantly. I am not pleased with the new employees - they are not engaging, and they converse in their own language, which is off-putting. I have never seen any of these women before, and the quality of service has declined since the staff change.

I had never been to Hobson & Holmes before, but a local beauty therapist friend recommended it. Kate was not only a skilled hairdresser but also a delightful individual. While the treatments were pleasant, it was evident that the staff were pressured to sell products rather than provide a relaxing experience. Even the café was dirty.
