I recently visited this salon for a haircut and style. I brought my two 10-year-old daughters here twice this year, and they absolutely enjoyed it. The hairstylists even added hair chalk to their new hairstyles, which they loved. The staff at this salon are incredibly kind, welcoming, and great with children. Overcrowded, unclean, and worn out. Our visit for a spa day only lasted 20 minutes in the "spa." While the treatments were pleasant, it was evident that the staff were pressured to sell products rather than provide a relaxing experience. Even the café was dirty. I have previously left a positive review, but my recent experience earlier this week was disappointing. I specifically requested a medium brown tint with a slight arch, but the colour was off and the shape was straight. The tint has faded significantly. I am not pleased with the new employees - they are not engaging, and they converse in their own language, which is off-putting. I have never seen any of these women before, and the quality of service has declined since the staff change.

I've been getting my lash extensions done by Alice for a while now and I can confidently say she is the best! I've tried numerous places in the area but Alice surpasses them all! Alice always ensures my comfort and explains each step thoroughly. Since I started going to Alice, my lashes have lasted impressively long and her prices are unbeatable! Added to that, she works quickly which is my favourite part as I struggle to stay still for too long! I'm always amazed at how swiftly I'm in and out for my lash extensions, yet they look and last like hours of work!
