I recently visited this salon for a haircut and style. I brought my two 10-year-old daughters here twice this year, and they absolutely enjoyed it. The hairstylists even added hair chalk to their new hairstyles, which they loved. The staff at this salon are incredibly kind, welcoming, and great with children. UNIT-40 Cornmill Shopping Centre, Priestgate
I have previously left a positive review, but my recent experience earlier this week was disappointing. I specifically requested a medium brown tint with a slight arch, but the colour was off and the shape was straight. The tint has faded significantly. I am not pleased with the new employees - they are not engaging, and they converse in their own language, which is off-putting. I have never seen any of these women before, and the quality of service has declined since the staff change.

A truly delightful initial experience for me and I'm absolutely thrilled with my brows and lashes. The salon is charming, spotless and inviting and Declan made me feel completely at ease.
Being a newcomer to brow treatments and having only tried lash extensions once, I was a bit apprehensive but Declan's warm demeanour put me at ease and was incredibly friendly. She addressed all my queries and paid close attention to my desires. A lovely individual, fantastic outcomes and I would highly recommend 🙂

Certainly not worth the cash, had a full-body calming massage. Not a relaxing experience, more like a body stroke, minimal oil causing friction. Pricey for the service given. The room lacked a cosy atmosphere and pleasant scents. Overcrowded, unclean, and worn out. Our visit for a spa day only lasted 20 minutes in the "spa." While the treatments were pleasant, it was evident that the staff were pressured to sell products rather than provide a relaxing experience. Even the café was dirty.
