I have previously left a positive review, but my recent experience earlier this week was disappointing. I specifically requested a medium brown tint with a slight arch, but the colour was off and the shape was straight. The tint has faded significantly. I am not pleased with the new employees - they are not engaging, and they converse in their own language, which is off-putting. I have never seen any of these women before, and the quality of service has declined since the staff change.

The room lacked a cosy atmosphere and pleasant scents. A truly delightful initial experience for me and I'm absolutely thrilled with my brows and lashes. The salon is charming, spotless and inviting and Declan made me feel completely at ease.
Being a newcomer to brow treatments and having only tried lash extensions once, I was a bit apprehensive but Declan's warm demeanour put me at ease and was incredibly friendly. She addressed all my queries and paid close attention to my desires. A lovely individual, fantastic outcomes and I would highly recommend 🙂
