Visited this piercing studio last August for a helix piercing. They did not use a clamp, failed to check my ID, and suggested using a gun (I requested a needle for cartilage). Despite following all aftercare instructions, the piercing became infected and caused significant pain. Over a year later, as I started a new college course requiring removal of the piercing, I visited another studio for new jewellery and a change. I was informed that my ear had been poorly pierced at an angle, making reinsertion challenging. My visit to Sirens with Helen was truly delightful. It was my first time trying lash extensions, and my experience at Sirens was incredibly comfortable. I shall not return. The nail design did not match the image I provided, the painted pattern was terribly done. If only one staff member is skilled in nail painting, then that individual should be the only one doing it rather than having another staff member do a poor job and charge £40! I had to repaint them myself after spending that much money because the work was so poor.
