Despite relocating to the southern region, I still make the journey because of my profound adoration for them! The reception is always warm, and Eliza, the proprietor who typically tends to my nails, exhibits remarkable patience and aids me in realising my nail art visions (which can be quite intricate!) They initiated my BIAB journey, and thanks to them, I've transitioned from short nails to long, elegant ones. The other ladies on the team are welcoming, and each visit is accompanied by engaging conversations and uplifting music, creating a fantastic atmosphere! I finally received a thorough consultation regarding my eyebrows - shape, thickness, colour, and more. She did an amazing job fixing my eyebrows, which were previously mishandled elsewhere. My experience at the salon was disappointing. I had my hair dyed and layered, but the results were subpar. It was evident that the staff lacked experience. The hair colour did not turn out well, with natural roots remaining dark, creating an uneven tone. The layering was also poorly executed, making it appear as if only half of my hair was short. The pricing was also an issue, as I was quoted £88 but managed to negotiate it down to £80, only to be told at payment that it was still £88. The communication regarding the pricing was confusing and unprofessional. When I reached out to address the unsatisfactory results, I was met with silence from the owner. Despite my follow-up messages, my concerns were ignored.About
