I visited the salon today with my sibling and had a disappointing experience. Our scheduled time was 10.15am, but they only began working on our hair at 10.45am. We had to remind them it was time to wash our hair as both employees were engrossed in phone conversations in the back. Furthermore, I was asked to brush my own hair before it was dried. The salon is in dire need of cleaning and updating. After the hair wash, we were left completely drenched. The owner, Nora, is seldom present, and during winter, the place is uncomfortably cold. The reception is always warm, and Eliza, the proprietor who typically tends to my nails, exhibits remarkable patience and aids me in realising my nail art visions (which can be quite intricate!) They initiated my BIAB journey, and thanks to them, I've transitioned from short nails to long, elegant ones. The other ladies on the team are welcoming, and each visit is accompanied by engaging conversations and uplifting music, creating a fantastic atmosphere!
