The nail technician, who claimed to be the manager, couldn't paint close to the root of my nail bed. When I asked her to fix it, she refused saying it was close enough. Upon closer inspection at home, I was upset with the result. When I called to request a redo, they dismissed me as being too picky. The photos clearly show the poor quality of work. The technician was rude on the phone, boasting about her 10+ years of experience and claiming I was the only dissatisfied customer, which I highly doubt.
