On my inaugural visit, and being a hairdresser myself, I sometimes feel a bit out of place in other salons. However, that was not the case here. It's a delightful salon, very laid-back and welcoming, making me feel like a regular despite it being my first time. Everyone was friendly and easy-going, yet maintained a high level of professionalism. She even goes the extra mile to give you a heads-up if there are any last-minute cancellations for those urgent hair appointments. Gemma and her colleagues at Glamour consistently deliver exceptional service, cuts and colours, and there's always a wonderful welcoming atmosphere as you step in. With my long curly hair, previous stylists wouldn't take the time to cut in the layers I wanted, but Gemma is meticulous, taking her time to ensure perfection, and offering valuable advice (and laughs) throughout. Although she has always been in the hairdressing industry, she underwent additional training with a renowned salon brand midway through her career, and it shows! I genuinely feel like I'm receiving the expertise of a top city centre salon combined with personalised care and attention to my preferences.
