During my initial visit to this spa in early December for a "Classic Pedicure," the cost of Shellac nail polish removal and reapplication was included in the overall price (£50.00). On my return for a second appointment for the same treatment, I opted not to have polish reapplied, yet I was unexpectedly charged extra for the removal at the start of the session. Having had my nails done in various locations worldwide, I have never encountered a situation where polish removal was an additional cost during a pedicure. She is highly proficient and well-informed about the treatments she performs, which is both comforting and engaging. She also has a delightful manner and explains the procedures she is about to carry out before doing them, so that nothing catches you off guard. She takes the time to evaluate your skin before starting her treatment and, as this was an evening session, she concluded by applying nighttime skincare products so that I could head straight home and unwind without having to do my own routine. While I don't wish to harm the reputation of the establishment, I feel compelled to share my experience. Years ago, stress had severely dried out my skin, making me appear much older and unhealthy. Desperate for a solution, I sought a consultation at ESClinic. Opting for three microneedling sessions for my face and neck, I emphasized avoiding harsh ingredients, as my skin was sensitive. The first session was uneventful, but during the second, the solution was changed without my consent to a pricier one containing retinol, contrary to our agreement. Despite my reservations, I proceeded with the treatment. Unfortunately, my skin worsened over the following weeks, leading to a disappointing third session. After enduring months of distress, I sought a new practitioner who explained the potential damage improper microneedling could cause. Switching to skin boosters under their care restored my skin's health. Additionally, the recommended Alumier products proved unsuitable for my skin, causing adverse reactions.
