In a professional salon, I expect to receive advice on what suits me best for a special occasion. This was successfully achieved during a previous visit with Oliver (who has since left the salon).
I politely suggested at least twice that I preferred to have curls done first and then have my hair pulled back. After the blow-dry, my hair became dry, frizzy at the front, straight, and no longer flexible for styling. Charlotte continued to complain about the lack of time and the inaccuracies in the service booking. After 40 minutes, Charlotte was still pondering what to do with my hair, indicating her struggle to understand my needs. I stood up and politely mentioned that I was leaving as it was evident she was having difficulty comprehending my requirements.
If she had trouble understanding me, she could have sought assistance from you.
At the reception, I asked Lily to contact you as I was dissatisfied with the service and hoped we could discuss it further. Unfortunately, I did not perceive any willingness from you to inquire about my experience at the salon. Time was wasted, my hair was left straight and dry, and I ended up feeling frustrated knowing I had to quickly restyle my hair at home before heading to the event.

Initially, my eyebrows had a pleasing shape, but unfortunately, the individual performing the waxing removed excessive hair from both the top and bottom, resulting in a misshapen and sparse appearance. While I don't wish to harm the reputation of the establishment, I feel compelled to share my experience. Years ago, stress had severely dried out my skin, making me appear much older and unhealthy. Desperate for a solution, I sought a consultation at ESClinic. Opting for three microneedling sessions for my face and neck, I emphasized avoiding harsh ingredients, as my skin was sensitive. The first session was uneventful, but during the second, the solution was changed without my consent to a pricier one containing retinol, contrary to our agreement. Despite my reservations, I proceeded with the treatment. Unfortunately, my skin worsened over the following weeks, leading to a disappointing third session. After enduring months of distress, I sought a new practitioner who explained the potential damage improper microneedling could cause. Switching to skin boosters under their care restored my skin's health. Additionally, the recommended Alumier products proved unsuitable for my skin, causing adverse reactions.
