The most revolting encounter of my life - bought a single massage voucher from Groupon for £50, only to be met with a distasteful proposition by the manager, Jenny. She insisted on an additional £10 payment for the therapist to apply more pressure. Reluctantly, I obliged in the hopes of a better massage. However, upon attempting to leave, Jenny persistently pushed for more purchases, pressuring me to pay a deposit, claiming it was a special offer, and so forth. Despite my repeated expressions of needing time to consider, she demanded immediate payment to secure the discounted rate for future sessions. Feeling trapped, I eventually relented and paid £100 for 2 more massages with the same therapist. A session was scheduled for 4 weeks later, but the day before, I was informed that the therapist was unavailable. No effort was made to reschedule, and I received no further communication. Upon Jenny's return from China, she displayed no remorse and continued to push for sessions with different therapists. When I requested a refund due to the abysmal service, she initially refused, citing a no refund policy. After persistent complaints, she reluctantly agreed to a partial refund of £80. I was left £20 poorer for their last-minute cancellation and failure to deliver the promised service. Terribly disappointing experience, steer clear of this establishment. Greedy, money-driven practices, appalling customer service, and dismal facilities in cramped quarters. Unfortunately, a friend had an identical experience.About

Having my nails redone for the past 15 years, this recent experience was by far the worst. One nail broke just a day after, and within 10 days, 3 out of 4 nails had chipped. In all my previous nail salons, I never had a single nail break within 4-5 weeks. The service was rushed as they did my "infill + shellac" and "Pedicure + shellac" within just 1 hour and 10 minutes! How can such poor quality work be acceptable? A proper pedicure should take at least an hour of dedicated care. Initially, my eyebrows had a pleasing shape, but unfortunately, the individual performing the waxing removed excessive hair from both the top and bottom, resulting in a misshapen and sparse appearance. It was not surprising that the salon was devoid of customers.
