I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this salon. It was a complete disaster from start to finish. The lack of communication and ambiance made the whole ordeal uncomfortable. I was left sitting in silence while my hair was being poorly handled. The staff even had the audacity to ask for an extra fee just to dry my hair at the end. The overall lack of customer care and professionalism was truly shocking. Outstanding hair salon. Rini is exceptional. I'd been loyal to the same stylist for years, so I was hesitant to try a new place. I needn't have worried, as I am thoroughly impressed. Rini skillfully incorporated my preferences (I'm quite particular!) into her own creative vision, resulting in the best hair I've had in ages. I couldn't be happier (and it's a delight to have such a high-quality salon nearby!) and the pricing is very reasonable. The salon and the team are all-around fantastic.
