I WAS FORTUNATELY GIFTED THIS EXPERIENCE AND MY PARTNER PAID EXTRA FOR ME TO HAVE A HEAD MASSAGE SPECIFICALLY... WHICH I LATER FOUND OUT WAS NOT ADDITIONAL TIME ADDED TO THE 50 MINUTES BUT RATHER WAS INCLUDED IN THE 50 MINUTES. THIS MAKES NO SENSE AND MISLEADING WHEN YOU BOOK A "50 MINS MASSAGE + UPGRADE"

My only suggestion would be to address the chilly floor when clients remove their socks, perhaps by providing slippers or laying down a towel.
