Olivia did my nails and although clearly getting busier with more people waiting she conscientiously made sure my nails were as I had asked for and checked evenness throughout; also kind and thoughtful customer service. If we had discussed it beforehand, I could have scheduled my appointment for Wednesday. My hair holds a style for days when it is professionally done. In a professional salon, I expect to receive advice on what suits me best for a special occasion. This was successfully achieved during a previous visit with Oliver (who has since left the salon).
I politely suggested at least twice that I preferred to have curls done first and then have my hair pulled back. After the blow-dry, my hair became dry, frizzy at the front, straight, and no longer flexible for styling. Charlotte continued to complain about the lack of time and the inaccuracies in the service booking. After 40 minutes, Charlotte was still pondering what to do with my hair, indicating her struggle to understand my needs. I stood up and politely mentioned that I was leaving as it was evident she was having difficulty comprehending my requirements.
If she had trouble understanding me, she could have sought assistance from you.
At the reception, I asked Lily to contact you as I was dissatisfied with the service and hoped we could discuss it further. Unfortunately, I did not perceive any willingness from you to inquire about my experience at the salon. Time was wasted, my hair was left straight and dry, and I ended up feeling frustrated knowing I had to quickly restyle my hair at home before heading to the event.
