I visited for a balayage or highlights (relying on their professional advice) with the goal of covering my dark roots to match my overall blonde hair. Regrettably, the outcome was far from satisfactory. The blonde coverage was uneven, resulting in visible streaks of my natural hair colour in some areas. The highlights appeared streaky and failed to blend seamlessly with the rest of my hair. Rini skillfully incorporated my preferences (I'm quite particular!) into her own creative vision, resulting in the best hair I've had in ages. I WAS FORTUNATELY GIFTED THIS EXPERIENCE AND MY PARTNER PAID EXTRA FOR ME TO HAVE A HEAD MASSAGE SPECIFICALLY... WHICH I LATER FOUND OUT WAS NOT ADDITIONAL TIME ADDED TO THE 50 MINUTES BUT RATHER WAS INCLUDED IN THE 50 MINUTES. THIS MAKES NO SENSE AND MISLEADING WHEN YOU BOOK A "50 MINS MASSAGE + UPGRADE"
