My recent appointment for eyebrow shaping was quite disappointing. The French/Scottish lady completely ruined the shape and left gaps, and it seems the service quality has declined significantly in the absence of the manager. On another occasion, I arrived with 30 minutes left before closing, only to find the door locked and told to come back the next day.
