During my visit to the Seven Kings branch, I was attended to by Harriet who provided excellent service. In all the years I've had my eyebrows threaded, no one has ever asked me about the shape I prefer - round or curved - except for Harriet. Her attention to detail and skill are truly commendable. When I asked about pricing, they terminated the call by suggesting I seek services elsewhere. My recent appointment for eyebrow shaping was quite disappointing. The French/Scottish lady completely ruined the shape and left gaps, and it seems the service quality has declined significantly in the absence of the manager. On another occasion, I arrived with 30 minutes left before closing, only to find the door locked and told to come back the next day. She answers all the questions that I have related to the treatment very politely and also suggests me other procedures with good deals.
