My recent appointment for eyebrow shaping was quite disappointing. The French/Scottish lady completely ruined the shape and left gaps, and it seems the service quality has declined significantly in the absence of the manager. On another occasion, I arrived with 30 minutes left before closing, only to find the door locked and told to come back the next day. I recently availed a package deal for a facial and massage through a local platform. The masseuse, Priya, delivered an excellent massage experience. However, during the facial, I found the process lacking. The application of just a few creams seemed basic and could easily be replicated at home. Moreover, the steamer was not functioning properly. In all the years I've had my eyebrows threaded, no one has ever asked me about the shape I prefer - round or curved - except for Harriet. Her attention to detail and skill are truly commendable.
