Staff solely gave me directions - no chit-chat was even tried!! Popped in spontaneously based on a suggestion but won’t return. Asked for a basic full set of acrylics with a clear top coat in the square shape. Each nail was uneven and the lengths didn’t match. It felt like the tech just wanted me gone even though I was the sole client… I've got numerous cuts along my cuticles as the tech was really harsh and didn’t prep my nails properly. Paid £33.
