Exceptional customer service & pleasant experience just over 1 week ago. Another local salon messed up my appointment so I was fortunate to discover Bravo. My stylist Nia was superb: from providing a thorough wash to executing my sew-in & styling, staying late to finish my curls. Much appreciated! The young woman at the front of the shop has exceptional customer service skills & was welcoming even though the shop area was bustling and she had to juggle tasks. Don't be deterred by the fact that it's a small salon without lavish decor. Overall, I left content with my hair looking fabulous and enjoying the products I bought in-store.
