Yet, I sought insight on future availability—be it in two weeks, three weeks, or even two or three months. No details were proffered; instead, I was placed on hold. Waited extensively, but no response ensued. Felt rather impolite 😞 and unprofessional! as there was no callback or response. Regrettably, the necessary standards of cleanliness and sterility for procedures like microdermabrasion, microneedling, and chemical peels are completely lacking - posing a risk of infection. The sponges are not being changed after each client, and are left dirty. The microdermabrasion headpiece is not being properly cleaned after use. Microneedling was carried out on a swollen face. It is imperative that your staff undergo training.
