Following a professional evaluation at Bath Uni, I was introduced to Maxine Patel. She has diligently worked over the previous 4 weeks to enhance my strength and endurance. Throughout our sessions, we have also delved into nutrition and additional ways to enhance and sustain my fitness.
All our sessions have been conducted via Zoom and it genuinely feels like having your personal PT in the living room with you. Maxine is a genuinely amiable individual and tailors each session to your individual needs and capabilities.
