I recently underwent a Hydrafacial treatment. The service I received was quite disappointing. The beautician arrived late, causing my treatment to start behind schedule. She sported long artificial nails and failed to wash her hands before commencing the session. Her technique was rough and uncomfortable, almost as if she was scraping my skin. I ended up with bruises on my face resembling burst capillaries. Despite being a senior practitioner, her lack of expertise was evident. The service provided was exceptional, the salon exudes charm, they managed to fit me in for a last-minute appointment, and my nail art was completed swiftly and almost flawlessly. I am deducting a star because upon closer inspection at home, I noticed that the manicurist had not painted the nail all the way to the edge, giving the appearance of a 2-week-old manicure rather than a fresh one. It's only been 5 days, and I already feel the need to have them redone as they look even more aged :(. I am a bit disappointed, but I believe it was an oversight.
