The staff here are pleasant and highly skilled. I opted for an eyebrow wax and tint. The process was comfortable, but the technician only left the dye on for about 3 minutes, charging me £13. Unfortunately, before the week was over, my eyebrows had returned to their original state, and the dye had completely faded. When I mentioned that the dye was not left on long enough, the individual I paid seemed dismissive. Today marked my inaugural visit to Samantha Alexander's salon, recommended by a friend. I am absolutely thrilled that I followed her suggestion! My hair was in dire need of a refresh but after Samantha worked her magic, I felt like I had a brand new hairstyle! Despite being a last-minute addition to his schedule, he didn't rush any part of my treatment (even though it turned out to be a bit more complex than anticipated), and each step was handled with professionalism. The team was incredibly welcoming and consistently offered me a variety of beverages, both hot and cold, and during the hair wash, the chair even provided a back massage! So incredibly relaxing! Lily expertly tinted and highlighted my hair, and the final colour is stunning. This was a first for me, at 53 I decided to step out of my comfort zone! Initially got my brows shaped and tinted, they turned out beautifully. A few weeks later, got acrylic nails for my vacation, they are stunning. Opted for a lash lift and tint for my daughter's 21st bash, they were amazing. Then had a full face makeover by Sam for the party, felt like a star. Big thanks to Olivia (brow wizard), Sam (makeup maestro), and Sarah for making me feel so at ease. Will definitely return for more treatments in the future. I visited Pure for a 60-minute full body massage that was a present. Alex was my therapist. Before starting, she inquired about any specific areas of tension. Given my desk job, I mentioned she might find knots in my shoulders and neck. Alex delivered an exceptional massage! I prefer firm pressure (not just a light touch) and she accommodated my request. I left Pure feeling incredibly relaxed. I will definitely be back for another session.
