Quite taken aback by their impolite manner on the phone. I rang to schedule an appointment for me and my mum for a massage on a Monday around 6pm. Was informed they had no slots and suggested coming in early morning, which is acceptable. Mentioned I needed to confirm with my mum and call back, but as soon as I mentioned this, the lady abruptly ended the call. Seeing similar experiences in reviews is disappointing.
