Staff were incredibly impolite! I used to frequent this place a few years back without any issues. However, on my last visit last year, I was rudely told there was no availability. Today, I decided to give them another chance, thinking maybe it was just a bad day before. I politely inquired about a service, was seated, and then told they couldn't do it because I had it done elsewhere. The way I was spoken to was offensive, especially after the previous incident. I've been to many nail salons, but never experienced such disrespect. Despite their good work, their attitude is unacceptable.
