I was assured that I would receive a follow-up email within a day or so with details on pricing, procedures, etc. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up. I CANNOT RECOMMEND! Lashes began falling off when I washed my face the day after 24 hours. Gaps were visible. I contacted her but received no response. This was my second visit. She used to be good. She should consider going back for more training to improve her skills. I won't return and won't recommend her to anyone. My eyebrow tint was also terrible. Even beginner lash technicians do a better job. Additionally, there was a man in the residence coughing, sneezing, and sniffling throughout my appointment. Going home with good lashes would have made up for it, but that didn't happen. The owner, John, went above and beyond to ensure that both the dogs and their owners had a special time. Living in Edinburgh where it often rains, I was a bit anxious, but John had thoughtfully set up a lovely gazebo to shield the food and drinks from the rain. The venue was spacious enough to accommodate our entire group, and the customer service was exceptional. I underwent this treatment without knowing what to expect and was amazed by how beneficial it was and how much better I felt afterwards. The trainee therapists were highly knowledgeable in their field and were acquiring additional skills, enabling them to share a wealth of information on why scars can cause various sensations. The treatment was overseen by a very experienced therapist who ensured that the approach was tailored to each individual.
Despite being in a group setting with others receiving treatment nearby, I felt secure and my treatment felt very personalised.
