I encountered a new therapist, a brunette woman, whose techniques were overly aggressive and rapid, causing me great stress and discomfort. It felt as though she was striking my back rather than massaging it. She deviated from the usual routine and failed to inquire about any medical conditions, unlike previous therapists. The next day, I awoke with excruciating pain in my neck and back, which persists. This experience fell far below the professional standards I have come to expect from Heavenly Massages.
