I was gifted a full head of highlights at the London location for my birthday and was initially thrilled. However, upon leaving the salon, I felt extremely let down as the hair colour I explicitly requested not to have was created. Despite hoping it would grow on me, several people pointed out how patchy, streaky, and yellow it looked. When I raised my concerns with the salon and tried to schedule a correction appointment, I was told there was no availability and it was just a consultation! Despite my attempts to find a resolution, I was met with rudeness and made to feel belittled, with dismissive remarks about the state of my hair. Truly disappointed... Now I have to spend more money to have it fixed elsewhere as I no longer trust them. I will not be returning to this salon again. Terrible experience. (The photo was taken a few days after)About

The length of the cut is just right, and it still looks fantastic even after washing it for the first time. It's wonderful to have a stylish hairdo that requires minimal effort to maintain. Dimitra also shared some valuable styling tips with me, including recommending a blowout spray that works wonders on my straight hair. Overall, I would rate my experience a perfect 10 out of 10.
