My experience with the hydrafacial treatment far surpassed my expectations. Despite having indulged in numerous high-end facials in the past, none have compared to the results of this one. My complexion is now radiant, deeply moisturised, and noticeably firmer, as if I've enjoyed a plethora of restful nights. All signs of fatigue and tension have seemingly evaporated, leaving me with a more youthful appearance overall. The procedure itself was incredibly soothing, yet engaging enough to prevent drowsiness. I appreciated how my exceptionally knowledgeable and compassionate therapist, Alex, kept me updated at every juncture, detailing the techniques and ingredients being utilised. The LED therapy was a delightful addition, and the lack of downtime was a definite bonus. I cannot recommend it highly enough ✨

Yuki, a delightful Japanese stylist, gave me the perfect bob cut. She was meticulous in every step, from washing to cutting to the final blow-dry. I am confident this cut will grow out beautifully. I am not usually talkative during hair appointments, but Yuki was so kind and pleasant that I found myself chatting throughout the entire session. Dr Joney performed my Co2 laser resurfacing with Alex by my side, they chatted throughout my procedure, making me feel like I was in a room with friends which put me at ease & I knew I was in excellent hands.
