Arrived early on a Saturday hoping for an available slot and was delighted to be seated immediately. With my long, thick hair of Asian descent, it's challenging to get a good cut without it looking choppy. I was charged extra due to my hair length, making it £30 for a dry cut. Despite the cost, the result was lovely, especially since I hadn't cut my hair in three years. I might consider returning. Never had an issue entering a store and exiting due to lack of desired items, yet around 20:20 today when leaving the shop the director triggered the alarm and then repeatedly questioned me about my pockets, despite demonstrating by walking back through that it wasn't me causing the alarm. Disgusting accusations ensued, not conduct fitting of any M & S, let alone any other retail outlet.
