Visited Astrid and Miyu (Manchester) for a conch and helix piercing. I felt welcomed and relaxed. There are numerous beautiful pieces of jewelry to choose from at different price points. I opted for the solid gold pieces. The piercing room was well-lit and clean, and the piercer made me feel comfortable. She collaborated with me for the best placement and took into account my ear design preferences. I was anticipating the piercing to be painful but it wasn’t. She executed it so swiftly that I hardly felt a thing! She provided me with aftercare instructions and explained about downsizing in a few months. I was gifted a full head of highlights at the London location for my birthday and was initially thrilled. However, upon leaving the salon, I felt extremely let down as the hair colour I explicitly requested not to have was created. Despite hoping it would grow on me, several people pointed out how patchy, streaky, and yellow it looked. When I raised my concerns with the salon and tried to schedule a correction appointment, I was told there was no availability and it was just a consultation! Despite my attempts to find a resolution, I was met with rudeness and made to feel belittled, with dismissive remarks about the state of my hair. Truly disappointed... Now I have to spend more money to have it fixed elsewhere as I no longer trust them. I will not be returning to this salon again. Terrible experience. (The photo was taken a few days after)About

Had a luxurious one hour VIP experience with Christia. Incredibly professional - we engaged in a thorough discussion about my current skincare regimen and any medical concerns given this being my facial with SDL.
The treatment itself was absolutely fantastic. I had been using a few SDL products for a couple of months leading up to the treatment - the serum and moisturiser - and I've noticed a significant improvement in the brightness and hydration of my skin.
While the one hour session was undeniably relaxing, my main focus is on achieving results, and this treatment definitely delivers.
I will definitely be coming back.

I have been a patron of Heavenly Massages in Glasgow for over 8 years, and I have consistently been pleased with their services. However, my last visit on Friday 5/1 was a dreadful experience. I encountered a new therapist, a brunette woman, whose techniques were overly aggressive and rapid, causing me great stress and discomfort. It felt as though she was striking my back rather than massaging it. She deviated from the usual routine and failed to inquire about any medical conditions, unlike previous therapists. The next day, I awoke with excruciating pain in my neck and back, which persists. This experience fell far below the professional standards I have come to expect from Heavenly Massages.
