Never had an issue entering a store and exiting due to lack of desired items, yet around 20:20 today when leaving the shop the director triggered the alarm and then repeatedly questioned me about my pockets, despite demonstrating by walking back through that it wasn't me causing the alarm. Disgusting accusations ensued, not conduct fitting of any M & S, let alone any other retail outlet. If you won't be available, you shouldn't be accepting appointments or, at the very least, you should notify your clients to avoid wasting their time. I ended up getting my hair cut by another barber since I had already paid, and he did a commendable job. The three stars are for the overall business practices and not the substitute barber.
