It was not the most enjoyable experience. The room was cramped, stuffy and lacked a relaxing atmosphere. The massage was quite uncomfortable. The therapist was using her elbows which caused pain. I left with a very sore back. The environment had an unpleasant smell. I underwent three different treatments at Kiva Skin over three consecutive days this week as a birthday treat. I had a full body massage with Alex, a pedicure with Oliver, and a manicure with Ethan. They were all delightful, and the treatments were exceptional. I feel incredibly relaxed and pampered. I rarely indulge in such self-care, but I will certainly be back.
